Georganics Charcoal Oil Pulling Mouthwash – 100ml

The addition of 1g/100ml of activated charcoal from coconut shells to this blend of organic coconut oil and spearmint essential oil gives it a unique mildly abrasive quality. The highly porous charcoal traps bacteria and removes stains, cleansing and whitening teeth naturally.

Take 1-2 tablespoons of oil, swish it around the mouth for at least 5 and up to 20 minutes before spitting out. The longer you hold the oil in your mouth, the greater the effect. For the best results, swish until the oil has turned a milky white, indicating that the bacteria has been “pulled” off.
